Company policy
We are committed to transparency and fairness—please review our payment terms, cancellation policies, and service guidelines to understand your rights and responsibilities.
1st Payment is we charge 20% as booking amount to start process of your booking.
2nd after booking we provide you hotel vouchers at that time we charge 30% amount .
3rd and remaining 50% we charge on your arrival in partly some in Hotel and Some in Vehicle (our Booking team will update you)
The Terms and Conditions below govern the relationship between you, the client, and us, Indian Tourisim Tour & Travel . By booking a tour, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All details contained herein are, to the best of our knowledge, correct and it is in good faith that we have published them.
1. Upon receiving your booking request, ITTT(Indian Tourisim Tour & Travel ) consultants will start to assist you in building a pleasant tour plan according to your special requirements and interests within 24 hours.
2. It is highly recommended that your tour reservation be made at least 30 days prior to the actual travelling date.
3. Only 20% or full paid tours, will be considered confirm. Posted rates are subject to change without prior notice.
4. For our guests who purchase their ticket from us at least full payment of the ticket to be deposited to our account to secure their airline ticket plus the 20% non-refundable deposit of the hotel + eco-tour package.
5. Inability to pay on or before the stated option date shall mean auto cancellation of the said booking. Please note that ITTT shall not be responsible for bookings that are automatically cancelled due to the lapse or inability to pay on or before the option date.
6. Cancellation, postpone, revisions and amendments must be made one week before departure during the Lean Season (from July to October) and 2 weeks before departure during the peak season (from November to June) and one month before departure during Super Peak Season (Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, Holy Week, Holidays & Festival).
7. We shall not be liable for any commitment not made by ITTT(Indian Tourisim Tour & Travel ) in writing. Once tour has commenced, we shall not refund or exchange any unused portion.
8. Indian Tourisim Tour & Travel tour package does not include Travel Insurance. We highly recommend that you purchase full coverage travel insurance of your own.
9. Indian Tourisim Tour & Travel will not accept responsibility for the loss, injury, damage, delay or irregularity that may be caused to our client’s property arising from causes beyond our control.
10. Our services will include only those indicated in the Sales Invoice.
11. All hotel and resort bookings made in this site are all prepaid.
12. No refunds can be made in case clients will cut their stay at the resort or the hotel or the tour package we prepare for them.
1- Before 90 Days of your travel date if you cancel your trip there is no cancellation charge are there , only some amount of 20% service charge will be deduct & rest of all amount will be refund in your account.
2- Before 29 to 15 days of your travel date if you cancel your trip then 25 % of amount charge applicable as per cancellation policy.
3- Before 14 to 10 Days of your travel date if you cancel your trip then 50 % of amount charge applicable as per cancellation policy.
4-Before 09 to 07 Days of your travel date if you cancel your trip then 75 % of amount charge applicable as per cancellation policy.
5-Less than 7 days of your travel date if you cancel your trip then 100% amount charge applicable as per cancellation policy. (There is no refund).
In case : If you travel any hill station , if there is any natural calamity or heavy snow fall use faced & if your trip is cancel , ( covid 19 any issue we have hold life time 100% payment safe without any cancelation charge ) , in that case , there is no refund policy will be applicable.

We had booked tour for Himachal Pradesh - Amritsar - Chandigarh through ITTT. Must say all the arrangements were spot on. The tour vehicle was in good condition and drivers were courtesy, the stops they took for lunch / dinner was much loved and cherished by all our family members. Hotel stays at all locations were good, but to highlight any particular hotel stay would be Shambala Hotel (Manali) for their friendly and attentive service. Overall the tour was very well managed by Reetu Singh, with whom we were in continuous touch. She had very well given break ups for cost and also explained everything in and out. We would definitely be interested to be associated with ITTT for further tours.
